为提高大型化工企业对各装置仪表待分析样品的温度、压力和流量的实时准确监控,设计了在线温压流监测控制系统。介绍了系统的硬件、软件组成和系统的控制方案。该系统不仅提高了现场数据的时效性,而且有效地减少了人工,降低了现场的维护量。

In order to improve on-line and accurate monitoring of the temperature,pressure and flow of the samples analyzed for each unit and instrument in large chemical enterprises,an on-line temperature-pressure-flow monitoring and control system was designed and the hardware,software and control scheme of the system were introduced.This system not only improves the timeliness of field data,but also reduces the manpower and maintenance.
