基于风险指引型技术的核电厂定期试验监督要求优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 核安全重要设备和系统的定期试验属于核电厂纵深防御设计概念的第二层次防线范畴,其目的是通过执行定期试验来发现设备缺陷或潜在的设备问题。因此制定合理的试验周期以及试验策略对核电厂生产计划、设备可靠性以及优化大修工期具有重要影响。本文结合风险指引型技术在国内、外定期试验监督要求中的研究应用情况,提出了风险指引型技术应用于核电厂定期试验监督要求试验策略和试验周期优化的方法,并举例对上述方法进行验证。分析认为,风险指引型技术应用于核电厂定期试验监督要求优化是一套行之有效的方法,其对于提高核电运营安全性、经济性有着重要的作用,有广泛的应用前景。 The surveillance requirements play a very important role in maintaining the defense-in-depth philosophy in a nuclear power plant. It can discover the potential component failure by carrying out a surveillance test at a regular interval. Therefore,it is important to develop a reasonable test cycle and test strategy for a surveillance requirement,which will be beneficial to a nuclear power plant for flexible plan,equipment reliability and reduced refueling outage. This paper firstly investigates the research and application of risk-informed at home and abroad,and then develops the process on optimizing a surveillance requirement based on risk-informed method. Finally,this paper will take an example to validate the above mentioned method. It is believed that the risk-informed method is effective at the aspects of optimization a surveillance requirement,such as modification the surveillance test interval or test strategy,and will be widely adopted to assure and improve the safe operation and economic benefits for the nuclear industry.
