核保障光纤电子封记的研制及测试

摘要 核保障光纤电子封记是核材料衡算与控制的重要技术手段之一。该封记属于主动封记,与被动封记相比该封记具有可重复使用和连续记录监视期间发生事件的日期、时间的功能。该封记利用光纤传输信号、单片机记录光信号的输入输出时间、USB 通讯方式实现单片机同上位机的数据传输,以及通过专门的加密方式读入数据并存储在相应的数据库中以实现封记数据管理。经过长达两年的室外测试,该封记系统可经受大风、雪、雾等天气的考验,运行正常。测试结果表明,核保障光纤电子封记已经具备在核设施现场使用的能力,可用于现场视察减少视察的频率和工作量,降低视察的费用,避免人员遭受大剂量的辐照。本文叙述了核保障光纤电子封记研制和测试的主要结果。 Fiber electronic seal is one of the important technical means of nuclear material accounting for and control. Comparing to the passive seals,the Fiber electronic seal is an active seal,which can be reused and have the function with a record of continuous monitoring of events during the date and time in nuclear safeguards. Signal transmission is achieved with optical fiber in the fiber optic electronic seal. Input and output time of optical signal is recorded with a microprocessor. Data transmission is achieved through USB communication between SCM bit machine and computer. Through special encryption,a computer can read and store data in corresponding database to achieve data management. During two years of outdoor testing,the system showed the ability to withstand wind,snow,fog and other weather tests, running normally. Test results show that the optical fiber electronic seal has the ability to be use in the field of nuclear facilities,to greatly reduce the frequency and workload of the on-site inspections,and therefore cut down on costs of on-site inspection,and avoid personnel suffering from high doses of irradiation. This paper describes the Fiber electronic seal R&D activities and main results of the testing.
