摘要 研究了乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)溶液的流变学行为,以ECTFE为原料, ATBC为稀释剂,氧化石墨烯(GO)为添加剂,采用旋转黏度计,测量并分析了ECTFE/ATBC铸膜液体系流变性能以及GO添加对ECTFE/ATBC铸膜液体系流变性能的影响.结果表明,ECTFE/ATBC铸膜液的表观黏度随剪切速率的升高而降低,属于切力变稀流体.该体系的表观黏度和零切黏度随着ECTFE固含量的增大而升高,随着温度升高而降低.ECTFE/ATBC/GO铸膜液体系的表观黏度和零切黏度随着添加剂浓度的增加而升高.随着GO添加量的增大,其非牛顿指数和结构黏度指数都有极值点出现,在添加量为1.0%(质量分数)时,铸膜液的非牛顿性变弱,结构化程度最低.本文研究结果为进一步研究热致相分离(TIPS)法制备ECTFE膜提供了流变学数据支撑. Based on rheological method to optimize composition of the casting solution of ethylene-trifluorochloroethylene(ECTFE) copolymer with TIPS process, the rheology behavior of the ECTFE/ATBC casting solution was studied via steady rotating shear method using ECTFE as starting material, acetyl tributyl citrate(ATBC) as a diluent and graphene oxide(GO) as an additive, respectively. Theresults show that the ECTFE/ATBC casting solution is shear thinning fluid.The apparent viscosity and zero shear viscosity increase with the increasing concentration of ECTFE, while decrease with the increasing temperature. With GO being introduced into ECTFE/ATBC casting solution as an additive, the apparent viscosity and zero shear viscosity of ECTFE/ATBC/GO increase with the increasing content of GO. When the GO content is 1.0%(mass fration), the non-newtonian index and structural degree are weak. The rheological data in this work will benefit the development of TIPS method for ECTFE membrane fabrication.
