MCR技术在铝土选矿排污水回用中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为使铝矿浮选废水更好回用于浮选工艺,提高废水重复利用率,减少废水排放对环境造成的危害,对浮选废水处理进行了研究.首先介绍了选矿废水处理的常用典型技术路线并进行了定性分析;再结合特定铝矿浮选废水回用案例,创新性引入膜化学反应器(MCR)技术,使浮选废水经过MCR后,直接达到RO进水要求,从而提出了气浮+MCR+RO+NF的物化与膜法结合的技术路线,并通过实验和工业化实施,进行了定量分析.结果表明,MCR技术不仅可以作为RO预处理技术,而且可直接应用于污水系统;该技术极大克服了传统膜技术对水质要求高的缺点,拓宽了膜技术适用范围,简化了废水处理流程,并使浮选废水回用率提高至80%以上. In order to make bauxite flotation wastewater better reused for flotation process, improving the reuse rate and reducing the harm to the environment caused by the wastewater discharge, research on the bauxite flotation wastewater treatment has been conducted. Firstly, some typical technical routes of wastewater treatment were introduced and analyzed qualitatively. Then, combined with the case of specific aluminum ore flotation wastewater reuse, an innovative technology MCR(Membrane Chemical Reactor) was introduced. After MCR process, the permeate water met the need to RO inlet directly. The technical route of air flotation + MCR + RO + NF was proposed and put into a quantitatively analysis through experiments and industrialization. The results show that MCR technology can be used not only as RO pretreatment, but also can be applied directly to wastewater system? This technology greatly overcomes the disadvantages of traditional membrane technology which requires high feed water quality, expanding the scope of application of membrane technology, simplifying wastewater treatment process and increasing the reuse rate of flotation wastewater to over 80%?
