开放建筑下的学生宿舍设计理念探讨——基于开放建筑理论的工业化居住建筑设计(上)

Study on Student Dormitory’s Design Concept Under Open Architecture——Design of Industrial Residential Architecture Based on Theories of Open Architecture(1)

随着生活水平的提升,高校学生对宿舍居住条件的要求不断提高,当下的学生宿舍面临空间闭塞、设计单一、品质不足等问题,难以满足日益发展变化的居住需求。以同济大学嘉定校区为背景,通过对学生群体居住需求和场地选址的调研与分析,提出“新集体主义”的设计概念,探讨学生宿舍设计如何在满足个体居住需求的前提下激活公共活动。

With improvement of living standard, college students' requirements for their dormitory's dwelling condition have been improved continuously. Current student dormitory is faced with such problems as closed space, single design and poor quality and it's difficulty to meet the dwelling demand of increasing development changes. With the background of Tongji University Jiading Campus and through the investigation and analysis to student group's dwelling demand and site selection, the design concept of "new collectivism" is raised to study how student dormitory's design can activate public activities on the premise of meeting the demand of individual dwelling.
