摘要
结合工程实例,利用红外热像法技术对市属保障性住房项目外墙采用无机保温砂浆外保温系统进行快速、全面的检测,从而及时发现外保温系统中的空鼓位置和面积,分析外保温系统的损坏情况,为后续修缮提供依据。检测结果表明,利用红外热像法检测无机保温砂浆外保温系统,具有科学、便捷、全面、高效的技术特点,为今后类似项目的检测提供依据。
Combined with project cases, it makes use of infrared thermography technology to make fast and overall testing to external thermal insulation system with inorganic thermal mortar for municipal affordable house project's external wall, so as to find out empty and bulging positions and area in external thermal insulation system in time, analyze external thermal insulation system's damage condition and provide basis for following repair. It's indicated from testing results that it enjoys technical characteristics of being scientific, convenient, overall and efficient to make use of infrared thermography to test external thermal insulation system with inorganic thermal mortar, providing basis for following similar projects' testing.
