肠镜联合腹腔镜治疗结直肠癌的效果及对并发症的影响

Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer and Its Effect on Complications

目的探讨肠镜联合腹腔镜治疗结直肠癌的效果及对并发症的影响。方法选取结直肠癌患者198例,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组行腹腔镜手术,观察组行肠镜联合腹腔镜手术。比较2组临床有效率、围术期相关指标和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为94. 00%,对照组为84. 69%,观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的术中出血量、引流管留置时间和住院时间均显著少于对照组(P <0. 05),2组患者的手术时间相比无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论肠镜联合腹腔镜治疗结直肠癌可减少术中出血量,缩短引流管留置时间及住院时间,还能够降低并发症发生率,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal cancer and its effect on complications. Methods 198 cases of colorectal cancer patients were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated by laparoscopic surgery alone,while the observation group was treated by laparoscopy combined with laparoscopy. The clinical effects,perioperative correlative indexes and complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 94. 00% in the observation group and 84. 69% in the control group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Intraoperative blood loss,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05),and there was no significant difference in operation time between the 2 groups( P > 0. 05). The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combined treatment of colorectal cancer with laparoscope and laparoscopy can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the duration of drainage tube indwelling and hospitalization,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical reference.
