摘要
来华留学生教育是一项具有挑战性的工作,尤其医学留学生教育质量问题深受关注,对来华留学生教育质量保障体系进行构建迫在眉睫。文章以辽宁省高等医学院校为例,对来华留学生教育概况与存在的问题进行分析,并根据来华留学生教育现状,从学位、专业设置、完善教材、打造国际化师资队伍及加强留学生教学质量监控等方面提出来华留学生教育质量保障体系构建对策。
The education of overseas students in China is a challenging task, especially the quality of education for medical students is of great concern and it is extremely urgent to establish a quality assurance system for overseas students in China. This paper, based on higher medical colleges in Liaoning province, analyzes the general situation and existing problems of the educa- tion of overseas students in China. According to the current situation of the education of overseas students in China, this paper also puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of the education quality guarantee system of Chinese overseas students from the aspects of degree, spe- cialty setting, improvement of teaching materials, construction of international teacher group as well as strengthening the teaching quality control of overseas students.
