高校进行创新创业教育是必然趋势,根据医学学科本身的特点和在校医学生自身特征,开展有针对性的创新创业教育是众多医学高校需要探索和面对的问题。结合医学生自身的兴趣爱好,充分调动和发挥医学高校和大学生创业园的组织协调能力,通过设计或开展创新创业项目,以项目的运营方式激发医学生的创新创业激情,“寓教于项目”,培养医学生的实践动手能力、多学科视野和团队协作精神,具有很好的教育效果。

It is an inevitable trend for universities to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education. According to the characteristics of medical disciplines and medical students themsel- ves, it is still a problem to many medical colleges and universities that they need to carry out in- novative entrepreneurship education. Combining the interests and hobbies of medical students, organizational and coordinating abilities of medical colleges and universities and college students' pioneering parks should be fully mobilized and developed. Through designing or developing innov- ative entrepreneurship projects, medical students' enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship can be stimulated by means of project operation. With the concept of "teaching in projects", med- ical students' practical ability, multi-disciplinary vision and team spirit can be trained. It is of good educational effect.
