制动参数对盘式制动器制动盘温度分布影响的仿真分析

摘要 应用有限元ABAQUS软件对矿井运输系统盘式制动器制动盘的升温情况进行了建模,分析了制动盘温度场分布。研究结果表明:制动盘径向温度表现为从接触部位中间区域往两侧降低的现象,同时还会引起温度降低梯度的上升。当制动压力为25MPa时温度形成“锯齿状”上升的现象。中后期制动阶段时,随着制动压力的升高,制动盘的表面温度升高也更加明显。随着制动速率的上升,摩擦过程形成的热量也更多,使接触界面获得更大的热流密度。到了后期制动阶段时,输入热量与散失的热量速率达到一个动态平衡。 ABAQUS software is used to model the temperature rise of disc brake in mine transportation system, and the temperature field distribution of disc brake was analyzed. The results showed that the radial temperature of the brake disc decreases from the middle of the contact area to both sides, and at the same time, the gradient of temperature decrease increases. When the braking pressure is equal to 25 MPa, the temperature rises in a zigzag shape. In the middle and late braking stage, with the increase of braking pressure, the surface temperature of the brake disc increases more obviously. With the increase of braking speed, more heat is formed in the friction process, which makes the contact interface get more heat flux. At the later braking stage, the input heat and the lost heat rate reach a dynamic equilibrium.
