摘要
通过对某电厂2号汽轮机高压抗燃油的温度、水分以及再生装置使用效果等分析,认为EH系统油路局部过热、再生装置失效是油质劣化的主要原因,据此提出针对性的改进措施,有效控制油质,保证机组的安全运行。
Through the analysis of the temperature, moisture and the effect of regeneration device in the high-pressure fire-resistant oil used in the No. 2 steam turbine of a power plant, it was considered that the main reasons for the deterioration of oil quality are the partial overheating of the oil passage and the failure of the regeneration device in the EH system. Based on this, the pertinent improvement measures were put forward to effectively control the oil quality and ensure the safe operation of the unit.
