国有煤炭企业党建工作初探

Preliminary Study on Party Construction in State-owned Coal Enterprises

针对国有煤炭企业党建工作存在的问题,提出首先要发挥国有煤炭企业在市场经济中的重要作用,应当不断夯实国有煤炭企业的党建基础工作,通过国有煤炭企业内部外部的巡视巡察,严格追责问责,重构国有煤炭企业的政治生态。其次,要严明党的政治纪律和政治规矩,坚持党的民主集中制原则,涵养国有煤炭企业政治生态。最后,要通过强化领导班子建设、选配中层领导干部、培养和储备年轻人才,为国有煤炭企业良好政治生态的可持续发展奠定基础。

In view of the problems existing in the Party building work of state-owned coal enterprises, it was proposed that the important role of state-owned coal enterprises in market economy should be brought into full play first. The Party building basic work of state-owned coal enterprises should be continuously consolidated, and the political ecology of state-owned coal enterprises should be reconstructed through the inspection inside and outside of state-owned coal enterprises. Secondly, we should make the Party's political discipline and democratic life clear, adhere to the principle of democratic centralism of the Party, and conserve the political ecology of state-owned coal enterprises. Finally, we should lay a foundation for the sustainable development of the good political ecology of state-owned coal enterprises by strengthening the construction of leading groups, selecting middle-level leading cadres and training and reserving young talents.
