摘要
从张矿集团时代背景出发,分析当前后备人才培养面临的现状,结合企业实际提出后备人才培养工作改进建议,以推进后备人才培养工作提档升级,进一步夯实企业健康发展人才基础,奋力争取高质量发展新机遇。
Based on the background of Zhangzhou Mining Group, this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of reserve personnel training, and put forward some suggestions for improving the training of reserve personnel, in order to promote the upgrading of reserve personnel training, further consolidate the talent foundation for healthy development of enterprises, and strive for new opportunities for high-quality development.
