Signature Distinguishing between Signature Seal and Fiber Pen by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的:本研究旨在建立一种准确、直观的区分纤维笔与签名章形成字迹的检验方法。方法:利用高效液相色谱测定方法,观察纤维笔油墨印迹、光敏签名章油墨印迹和原子签名章油墨印迹的色谱图,分析其油墨印迹的主要色谱峰个数和保留时间。结论:通过上清液颜色变化、色谱图中的主要特征峰和保留时间,可以对纤维笔油墨印迹和光敏签名章油墨印迹、纤维笔油墨印迹和原子签名章油墨印迹进行区分。

This study aims to establish an accurate and intuitive method to distinguish the handwriting formed by the fiber pen and the signature seal.The chromatograms of ink imprinting of fiber pen,photosensitive signature seal and atomic signature seal were observed by high performance liquid chromatography to analyze the number and retention time of the main chromatographic peaks of ink imprinting.The conclusion is that the imprint between fiber pen ink and photosensitive signature ink,the fiber pen ink and atomic signature ink can be distinguished by the color change of the supernatant,the main characteristic peaks and retention time in the chromatogram.
