一种单元式幕墙设计要点浅析

建筑幕墙现已成为建筑外围护结构和建筑外立面的主要装饰手段,而单元式幕墙系统已成为办公写字楼的首选,常规单元式幕墙的玻璃与幕墙立柱直接采用结构胶粘结,给后期幕墙的更换带来一定不便。本文主要从后期维修角度出发对一种改进单元式幕墙系统的设计要点进行分析及阐述。

Architectural curtain wall has become the main decorative means of the building's outer structure and facade, and the unit curtain wall system has become the first choice of office buildings. The structure between the conventional unit curtain wall glass and the curtain wall column is bonded, which brings some inconvenience to the later curtain wall maintenance and replacement. In this paper, from the point of view of late maintenance, the design points of an improved unit curtain wall system are analyzed and elaborated.
