解读《居住建筑标准化外窗系统应用技术规程》

本文对DGJ32/J157-2017《居住建筑标准化外窗系统应用技术规程》的修编背景、目的进行了介绍,对修编原则及过程进行了说明,并对该规程的主要编制特点、解决的重点问题及创新点进行了总结和阐述。该规程规范了我省标准化外窗系统从材料选用到安装验收全过程的成套技术和方法,体现了江苏省建筑外窗的地方特色,为贯彻落实我省“十三五”期间65%~75%的建筑节能目标提供了技术保障。

This paper introduces the background and purpose of the revision of Technical Specification for Application of Standardized Exterior Window System of Residential Buildings (DGJ 32/J157-2017), and explains the principles and processes of this revision. In the paper, the writer summarizes and expounds the main compilation features, key problems and innovations of the regulation. This regulation regulates the complete set of techniques and methods for the standardized external window system of our province from material selection to installation and acceptance, reflecting the local characteristics of the exterior windows of Jiangsu Province. Furthermore the regulation provides technical guarantee for implementing 65%~75% of building energy-saving targets during the 13th Five-Year Plan period in our province.
