被动式住宅暖通设计中常见问题分析 被引量:3

摘要 在传统住宅建筑中采暖与制冷是分开考虑的,但被动式住宅则采取了一体式新风机进行采暖与制冷,一体式新风机采用风管送风的方式将风送到各个房间。而在传统建筑中一般是公共建筑等高大空间才采用风管送风的形式,因此在被动式住宅的暖通设计便会出现空间不足,层高过低等一系列问题。本文就被动式住宅暖通设计中出现的问题进行了分析与说明。 In traditional residential buildings, heating and refrigeration are considered separately, but passive residential buildings adopt one-in-one fresh air fan for heating and refrigeration, and one-in-one fresh air fan uses air duct to supply air to each room. In traditional buildings, the air duct is usually used in the large space of public buildings, so there are a series of problems in passive residential HVAC design, such as inadequate space and low floor height. In this paper, the problems in HVAC design of passive residential buildings are analyzed and explained.
