高校辅导员核心素养研究

Research on the Core Literacy of College Counselors

辅导员是思想政治教育工作的主力军和重要力量,是高校思想政治教育工作有效性的重要保障,也是学生思想素质发展和学校教育工作稳定的重要力量。辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作的主力军,只有具备核心素养,才能更好地开展工作。本文主要从思想政治素养、思想品德素养、知识能力素养、职业能力素养和个性心理素养等五个方面开展辅导员核心素养的分析和探究,并针对核心素养培养提出意见和建议。

Counselors are the main and important force in ideological and political education.They are also the important guarantee for the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and the important force for the development of students′ ideological quality and the stability of school education.As the main force of ideological and political education,counselors can better carry out their work only if they have core qualities.This article mainly carries out the analysis and exploration of the core literacy of counselors from five aspects: ideological and political literacy,ideological and moral literacy,knowledge competence literacy,professional competence literacy and individual psychological literacy,and puts forward suggestions and advice for the cultivation of core literacy.
