This paper expounds the techniques of cultivated land protection and quality improvement. It includes deep loosening, deep turning technology, straw returning technology, fertilizer and pesticide reduction and efficiency enhancement technology, agricultural film recycling, water and fertilizer integration technology, soil improvement technology.
