This paper analyzes the main risk types and stages of agricultural engineering project management from the perspective of the constructors, and discusses the risk prevention and risk treatment measures. In the construction of agricultural projects, scientific management measures are the key to ensure the quality of the projects and bring them into effect for a long time. This paper summarizes the main problems existing in agricultural engineering construction and management.
