摘要
近年来,香椿产业发展较快,香椿的贮藏保鲜技术也有了突破,一定程度上解决了其贮藏时间短的问题。文章对影响香椿贮藏的关键因素及其保鲜技术进行了综述,提出了香椿贮藏保鲜的发展方向。
In recent years, the industry of Toona sinensis has developed rapidly, and the technology of storage and preservation of Toona sinensis has also made a breakthrough, which has solved the problem of short storage time to a certain extent. In this paper, the key factors affecting the storage of Toona sinensis and its preservation technology were summarized, and the development direction of the storage and preservation of Toona sinensis was put forward.
