摘要
地方高校档案的安全保障工作贯穿于高校档案工作的全过程,是高校档案管理工作的生命线。针对存在的问题,提出加强地方高校档案安全风险治理的建议:加强领导,增强档案意识;进一步健全档案管理相关制度;加强档案资源安全风险治理;进一步加强档案实体管理风险治理。确保做好档案安全工作,保障档案实体和信息的绝对安全。
The safety guarantee of local university archives runs through the whole process of university archival work and is the lifeline of university archives management. There are hidden risks in local universities, such as insufficient attention to archival work, difficulties in collecting archival materials and imperfect archival security system. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the risk management of archives security in local universities: strengthening leadership and enhancing archival awareness;further improving the relevant system of archives management;strengthening the risk management of archival resource security;and further strengthening the risk management of archival entity management. It is necessary to ensure the security of archives and guarantee the absolute safety of the archival entity and information.
