随着高校学生党员逐渐成为党员的生力军,高校学生党员档案管理工作的重要性和复杂性也日益受到了各方面的关注。本文阐述了规范学生党员档案管理的重要意义,通过实地调研南京审计大学某书院,总结分析了目前高校学党员档案管理的现状和存在的问题,提出新时代进一步规范高校学生党员档案管理的若干对策。

With CPC members among college students becoming the new force of CPC members, the importance and complexity of archives management of them have been paid more and more attention to. This paper expounds the importance of standardizing the archives management of CPC members among college students, summarizes and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of archives management through the investigation of Nanjing Audit University College, and puts forward some countermeasures for further standardizing archives management of CPC members among college students in the new era.
