Problems Existing in Food Inspection Standards and Improvement Suggestions

当前食品检验标准存在一些局限性,给食品检验工作带来一些问题和困难。根据检验实践经验,讨论食品检验标准的重要作用和存在的主要问题,提出相关的改进建议,为充分发挥食品检验标准的作用提供技术参考。

There are some limitations in the current food inspection standards, which bring some problems and difficulties to the food inspection work. Based on the practical experience, this paper discusses the important role and main problems of food inspection standards, and puts forward some improvement suggestions, in order to provide technical reference for giving full play to the role of food inspection standards.
