摘要
人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染严重威胁人类健康。实验室诊断在?HIV感染的诊断,疾病进展的监测、抗病毒疗效、耐药性监测及预防:HIV的传播等方面起着重要作用。这就迫切需要将传统的实验室诊:断技术与新技术结合起来,以提高HIV的检测率,并指导临床。本文?对目前HIV感染的常规实验室诊断技术进行综述,并着重介绍了近:年飞速发展的各种分子生物学技术在诊断HIV感染方面的应用。
Human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV) remains one of the major infectious diseases affecting global health. Laboratory-based diagnostic tests are critical in the diagnosis of HIV infection, monitoring disease progression, antiviral efficacy, drug resistance and preventing HIV transmission. Therefore, it is urgent to combine the conventional laboratory diagnosis tests with the new technology to improve the detection rate of HIV. This review summarizes the common laboratory diagnostic tests to detect and characterize HIV infections, and emphatically shows the potential utility of molecular assays.
