Mucocutaneous Diseases of Viral Infection Related to HIV/AIDS

病毒性皮肤粘膜疾病在HIV/AIDS患者较常见,虽然其中大多数病种对HIV/AIDS患者并无特异性,但是相对于普通人群,其皮损往往更严重,病程更长,或较易引起并发症。疾病的严重程度往往可以反映患者的免疫缺陷程度,因此可作为评估患者免疫状况的重要指标。病毒性皮肤黏膜感染有时可为HIV/AIDS的首发症状,可作为HIV/AIDS的一个重要诊断线索。

Mucocutaneous viral infections are relatively common in HIV/AIDS. Although most of these disease entities are nonspecific to HIV/AIDS, but compared to general population, they usually exhibit more serious clinical presentation, need longer time to heal, and are prone to have complications. The severity of these skin disorders can reflect the extent of immune deficiency, and then can be used as an indicator to assess the immune status of the patients. Mucocutaneous viral infections sometimes can be the first clinical manifestation of HIV/AIDS, thus they can serve as an important clue to the diagnosis to HIV/AIDS.
