中西医结合周期序贯疗法治疗肾虚型月经后期41例

Forty-One Cases of Delayed Menstruation with Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination with Periodic Sequential Therapy

目的:观察中西医结合周期序贯疗法治疗肾虚型月经后期的临床疗效。方法:将82例月经后期患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。对照组口服芬吗通,观察组在对照组的基础上采用贞杞补阴丸联合玉圣胶囊。比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发情况及治疗前后症状积分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗后血清促卵泡生成素(folliclestimulating hormone,FSH)、FSH/黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平。结果:观察组治疗后FSH、FSH/LH均低于对照组,E2高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组有效率为95. 12%,对照组有效率为73. 17%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:中西医结合周期序贯疗法治疗肾虚型月经后期可改善患者的临床症状及激素水平,疗效确切且复发率低。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in combination with periodic sequential therapy on delayed menstruation with kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods: A total of 82 patients with delayed menstruation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given Fenmoston orally,while the observation group was given Zhenqi Yin-tonifying Pill( ZQYTP) in combination with( YSC). The clinical efficacy,recurrence and symptom score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. The levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH),FSH/luteinizing hormone( LH) and estradiol( E2) were detected after the treatment. Results: After the treatment,FSH and FSH/LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and E2 was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences between them had significance( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,the symptom score of the two groups was higher than that before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The effective rate was 95. 12% in the observation group and 73. 17% in the control group. There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between them had significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in combination with periodic sequential therapy has a remarkable efficacy on delayed menstruation with kidney deficiency syndrome,can improve the clinical symptoms and hormone levels of patients with exact curative effect and low recurrence rate.
