通过与桩柱式转化器进行对比,详细介绍了中心筒型转化器的弧形隔板、触媒支撑和中心筒的独特结构特点以及耐温铸铁、碳钢和不锈钢三种材料选择,并总结了中心筒型转化器具有投资少、气体分布效果较好、制造较为简单等特点。
By comparing with the pile column converter,the unique structural characteristics of the arc diaphragm,catalyst support and the central cylinder in the central cylinder converter,and the selection of three materials for cast iron with temperature resistance,carbon steel and stainless steel,were introduced in detail.And it was summarized that the central cylinderc onverter had characteristics of less investment,better gas distribution effect and simple fabrication.
