针对某冶化公司硫酸和球团生产工艺现场各设备用能管理简单、粗放,从该现场实际出发,结合能源管理体系的相关要求,以节能降耗、绿色发展为能源方针,建立了针对硫酸和球团生产工艺相适应的能源管理体系。通过该能源体系的实施,确保各项节能措施落实到位,使现场多个工序单耗达到了历史最佳水平,能源成本持续优化。

In view of the simple and crude energy management of equipment in the production field of sulfate and pellet in a smelting company,and combined with the actual situation in the field,relevant requirements of energy management system and the energy policy of energy saving and consumption reduction and green development,the energy management system suitable for production process of sulfate and pellet was established.Through implementation of the energy system and energy saving measures,unit consumption of multiple process in the field reached the best level,and energy cost was optimized continuously.
