Effect of Network Education Management on Health Behavior and Quality of Life of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

【目的】探讨网络教育管理对溃疡性结肠炎患者健康行为及生活质量的影响。【方法】选取2016年2月至2018年7月本院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者108例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各54例。对照组给予包括心理干预、健康教育、饮食指导、并发症预防、随访等在内的常规护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用网络教育管理。出院后1个月,比较两组健康行为完成率、疾病活动指数、生活质量评分等指标。【结果】观察组患者按时服药、合理膳食、定期复查等完成率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);疾病活动指数明显低于对照组(P <0.05);肠道症状、情感功能、全身症状、社会功能评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。【结论】网络教育管理有助于促进溃疡性结肠炎患者健康行为能力的养成?控制疾病活动状况?进而改善生活质量。

[Objective]To explore the effect of network education management on health behavior and quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis.[Methods] One hundred and eight patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management including psychological intervention, health education, dietary guidance, prevention of complications and follow-up. The observation group was combined with network education management on the basis of the control group. One month after discharge, health behavior completion r*ate disease activity index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.[Results] The completion rate of taking medicine on time, reasonable diet and regular review in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05);the disease activity index was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05);the scores of intestinal symptoms, emotional function, systemic symptoms and social function were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).[Conclusion] Network education management is helpful to promote the development of healthy behavior ability of ulcerative colitis patients, control disease activity, and improve the quality of life.
