微信平台互动对老年腹膜透析患者自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度及负性情绪的影响

Effect of WeChat Platform Interaction on Self-Management Ability and Anxiety and Depression of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients in Suburban Hospitals

【目的】探讨微信平台互动对老年腹膜透析(PD)患者自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度及负性情绪的影响。【方法】选择2016年1月至2018年9月在本院确诊并住院治疗的PD患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组给予PD常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合微信平台对患者实施规范化指导。干预时间为6个月,比较两组患者干预前后的自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度及焦虑程度抑郁程度评分。【结果】观察组患者自我管理能力、生活质量和护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组患者(P <0.05),心理焦虑程度和抑郁程度评分均显著低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。【结论】微信平台规范化指导能有效提高PD患者的自我管理能力、生活质量和护理满意度,减轻患者的负面心理情绪,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective] To explore the effect of WeChat platform interaction on self-management ability, anxiety and depression of peritoneal dialysis patients in suburban hospitals.[Methods]A total of 82 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients treated in suburban hospitals from January 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group. Patients in control group were given conventional nursing of peritoneal dialysis, while patients in research group were given standardized instruction on peritoneal dialysis by WeChat platform based on routing nursing. After 6 months intervention, the self-management ability, anxiety, depression and life quality of peritoneal dialysis patients were compared.[ Results ] The self-management ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The anxiety and depression in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).[Conclusion]The standardized guidance of WeChat platform can effectively improve the self-management ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with peritoneal dialysis and alleviate the negative psychological emotion of patients. It is worthy of widespread promotion in the clinic.
