甘肃盐池湾国家级自然保护区白唇鹿调查与监测

Investigation and Monitoring of Cervus albirostrisis in Yanchiwan National Nature Reserve of Gansu Province

白唇鹿为国家I级重点保护动物,中国特有,分布海拔最高的鹿科动物。采用固定样线法和直接计数法相结合的调查方法,结果显示,在甘肃盐池湾国家级自然保护区,白唇鹿分布于疏勒南山、党河南山、大雪山和鱼儿红等4个区域15个小区,总面积1388km2,其中大雪山为新增分布区;种群数量由2008年的147头增加到2018年的337头,种群密度为0.38头/km^2,年均增长17.27头;不同季节活动区域与生境、水源、植被、可食植物及气温具有一定的相关性。研究期内,白唇鹿种群数量、密度和分布区域均呈逐渐增加之势。

The Cervus albirostrisis a national key protected animal of Grade I. It is endemic to China and it is the highest distribution of the deer family. Investigation method combining fixed sample line method and direct counting method. The results showed that in Yanchiwan National Nature Reserve of Gansu Province,Cervus albirostris are distributed in 15 communities in four regions,including the south of Shule mountain,the south of Danghe mountain,Daxue mountain and theYuerhong,with a total area of 1 388 km2,among them,Daxue Mountain was the newly distributed area. The population quantity from 147 in 2008 increased to 337 in 2018,the population density was 0.38/km^2,with an average annual growth of 17.27. There was a certain correlation between the active areas in different seasons and habitats,water sources,vegetation,edible plants and temperature. During the study period,the population size,density and distribution area of Cervus albirostris increased gradually.
