摘要
文章从资源综合利用的角度分析了废旧线路板的处理工艺现状问题,详细介绍了废旧线路板采用富氧侧吹浸没燃烧熔池熔炼炉协同处理工艺的优势。该工艺可实现废旧线路板中铜、锡的回收率达到95%以上,渣含铜控制在0.7%以下,并充分利用了废旧线路板的热值,降低了冶炼能耗,产生的烟气并进行了余热回收。冶炼渣水碎后变为无害渣可作为建筑辅材外售,实现了废旧线路板的资源化再生利用。
From the point of view of comprehensive utilization of resources,this paper analyzed the current status of waste printed circuit board treatment technology,and introduced in detail the advantages of the co-processing technology of treatment of waste printed circuit board with Oxygen-enriched Side-Submerged Combustion Smelting Furnace.The recovery rate of copper and tin in waste printed circuit boards can reach more than 95%,the copper content in slag can be controlled below 0.7%,and the calorific value of waste circuit boards can be fully utilized,the smelting energy consumption can be reduced,the waste heat recovery of flue gas can be carried out.Smelting slag can be sold as building auxiliary materials after water crushing,which realizes the recycling and reuse of waste printed circuit boards.
