摘要
风机在运行过程中,由于轴瓦磨损、叶轮腐蚀、对中等原因,易造成振动上升。本文针对某厂空气风机振动上升的情况,讨论了通过频谱分析法,找出振动升高原因,并进行了空气干燥系统的调整及风机转子现场动平衡校正,有效的降低了风机振动。
Due to abrasion of bearing shoes,corrosion on impellers,incorrect coupling alignment or other reasons,vibrations becomes stronger during running the blower.For the increasing vibrations of one plants air blower,author found the reasons with vibration spectrum analysis.This plant maintained the air-drying system,online-aligned the blowers rotor on-site and finally decreased vibrations.
