摘要
本文通过对大型磨机使用的工况条件、环境条件进行分析,理论计算和验算主要零件齿轮,齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲疲劳强度的情况,并应用ANSYS分析软件,对设备零件的受力情况进行系统分析,进一步证明零件参数选择的合理性。
In this paper,the working conditions and environmental conditions of large-scale mills are analyzed,and also the main parts of gears,tooth surface contact fatigue strength and root bending fatigue strength are theoretically calculated and checked.The stress condition of equipment parts are analyzed systematically by ANSYS analysis software,in this way,the rationality of part parameter selection is further confirmed.
