A Solution to Replacing Worn Lining Plates of SAG Mill

某公司渣选矿工段采用半自磨机进行渣破碎,针对生产过程中磨机不同部位衬板磨损程度不一致的情况,对衬板进行分批更换,增加了作业时间,降低了生产成本。

SAG mill is used in one smelter for slag crushing in slag flotation section.This paper proposes a solution to replacing lining plates of SAG mill by batches based on various degrees of wear in different parts,which helps prolong operating time and reduce operating cost.
