海南乡村民宿“共享众筹”模式探究

“Shared Crowd-funding” Characteristic of Rural Home Stay in Hainan

海南共享众筹型特色乡村民宿的核心是:同居式共享养老农宅与半亩菜园、吊脚木屋组合成为一个养老产品单元;若干个这样的单元组合成一个乡村居住组团;若干个乡村居住组团与采摘园、乡村客栈,以及庄主承包的农业用地,共同组成"共享农庄";吸引三种不同客人--"冬季候鸟、夏季创客与城市居民"参与入住,形成乡村旅游景区;若干个乡村旅游景区与其他特色小城镇等一起,激活一个地区的全域旅游,进而带动海南地方文化经济的全面发展。

The core of the construction of rural home stay with "shared crowd-funding" characteristic in Hainan is: cohabitation and shared housing for the elderly,half an acre vegetable land and hanging wooden house construct a living unit for the elderly;several such units form a rural living group;several such rural living groups combine with picking garden,country inn,and the owner's contracted agricultural land to co-build a shared farm.Three groups of tourists ("winter migratory birds" people,"mak-er" summer visitors,city dwellers) make it rural tourist attractions.Several rural tourist attractions,ticket scenic areas,small towns with characteristics,and etc.activate the tourism in the whole area to bring the overall development of culture and economy in Hainan.
