South-West Cooperation Strategy of Hainan and Yili International Tourism under the “ Belt and Road”

海南省与新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州分别是我国最南端和最西端的两个特殊国际旅游目的地。海南与伊犁两地选择地方政府跨区域合作、旅游社团跨区域合作、旅游企业跨区域合作、政产学研跨区域合作四大战略模式,实施国际旅游南西合作战略,是海南国际旅游岛与伊犁国际旅游谷可持续发展的需要,也是海南省和伊犁州以国际旅游为先导产业,为"一带一路"国际经济文化协同发展做出更大贡献的新路径。

Hainan and Xinjiang Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture are two special international tourist destinations in the southernmost and westernmost part of China respectively.Hainan and Yili have chosen four strategic models:cross-regional cooperation between local governments,between tourism communities,between tourism enterprises,and among government,industry,teaching,and research,to implement the international "south-west cooperation" strategy for tourism.It is the need for the sustainable development of Hainan International Tourism Island and Yili International Tourism Valley.It is also a new path for Hainan and Yili Prefecture to take international tourism as the leading industry and make greater contributions to the coordinated development of the Belt and Road international economy and culture.
