摘要
无极绳连续牵引车多用于矿山地面和井下巷道运输环境,特别适用于坡度不大且有起伏变化的轨道系统。为防止发生脱轨和翻车事故,需要在巷道转弯处设置弯道护轨装置。传统的弯道护轨装置,质量与体积较大、安装操作空间小,有很大的弊端。通过对弯道护轨装置转向轮及轨道安装方式的优化设计,使其结构简化更加紧凑、安装维护钢丝绳更加方便,提高了无极绳连续牵引车安全系数,同时具有较好的经济效益。
The endless rope continuous tractor is mostly used in the surface and underground roadway transportation environment,especially for the track system with small gradient and fluctuating changes.In order to prevent derailment and rollover accidents,it is necessary to install a curved track protection device at the turning of the roadway.Traditional curved track protection device has many disadvantages,such as bulky mass,small installation and operation space.Through the optimization design of steering wheel and track installation mode of curved track protection device,the structure is simplified and more compact,and the installation and maintenance of steel wire rope is more convenient,improves the safety factor of endless rope continuous tractor and has good economic benefits.
