摘要 井筒内钢丝绳状态测量系统受电磁干扰、功耗和安装等问题影响,利用MSP430单片机设计涵盖井筒内钢丝绳运行状态参数测量和异常数据交互的在线监测系统。应用低功耗MSP430开发张力测量和井筒路由模块,设计抗工频干扰的钢丝绳张力信号调理电路,利用ZigBee无线通信和工业以太网交互,远程监测钢丝绳异常状态。系统可实现对钢丝绳张力和横向偏移等异常状态参数的在线测量与诊断,为及时消除钢丝绳异常提供方便。 Wire rope state measurement system in the wellbore is affected by electromagnetic interference,power consumption and installation,online monitoring system that covers the wire rope running state parameter measurement and abnormal data interaction has been designed by MSP430.Low-power MSP430 was used to develop the tension measurement and wellbore routing module,and wire rope tension signal conditioning circuit against power frequency interference was designed.The ZigBee wireless communication and industrial ethernet interaction were used to remotely monitor the abnormal state of the wire rope.The system can realize online measurement and diagnosis of abnormal state parameters such as wire rope tension and lateral offset,which is convenient for eliminating wire rope anomalies in time.
