摘要
为了解决煤矿井下液压支架使用乳化液工作介质造成的环境污染问题,提出了以纯水作为液压支架工作介质,来代替乳化液介质的概念,通过对纯水制备工艺与装备技术、高压大流量纯水泵技术、元件表面防腐工艺及密封技术等进行研究与试验,解决了介质变化所带来的腐蚀、磨损与密封等问题,最后通过井下工业性试验验证,结果表明,纯水介质可以适用于液压支架系统。
In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the use of emulsion for hydraulic support in coal mine,the concept of using pure water as the working quality of hydraulic support to replace the quality of emulsion was put forward.Through the research and test of pure water preparation technology and equipment technology,high pressure and large flow pure water pump technology,component surface anticorrosion technology and sealing technology,the problems of corrosion,damage and sealing caused by individual quality change were solved.Finally,it has been verified by underground industrial test.The results show that the pure water medium can be applied to the hydraulic support system.
