摘要 提出了由顶梁耳座、长杆、短杆和护帮板组成的小四连杆式护帮机构,在对其机构参数进行分析的基础上,从死点位置、护帮液压缸行程、铰接点相对位置尺寸、铰接点销轴间隙等角度对小四连杆式护帮机构的影响因素进行了进一步分析,并提出了在设计及生产小四连杆式护帮机构时需把握的关键技术点。该研究可以为液压支架小四连杆式护帮机构提供理论参考。 A small four-bar linkage face guard mechanism included of the roof beam ear seat,long bar,short bar and face guard was proposed.Based on the analysis of the mechanism parameter,the influencing factors of the face guard mechanism about small four-bar linkage were further analyzed according to the dead-point position,the jack stroke,the positional dimension of the panel points,and the hole clearance of the panel points.The key technical points were grasped in the design and production of the face guard mechanism of the small four-bar linkage.It can provide a theoretical reference for the research of the small four-bar linkage mechanism of the hydraulic support.
