摘要
针对狭窄巷道钻机施工困难的问题,制定钻机设计方案及技术要求,研制了窄体式双转盘履带钻机,对变幅装置、履带车体、一体式操作阀等部件的关键技术进行了研究,并通过现场试验验证了钻机的可靠性。
In view of the difficult construction problem of narrow roadway drilling rig,the design plan and technical requirements of the drilling rig were formulated,and the narrow body type double-turn crawler drilling rig was developed.The key technologies of the luffing device,the crawler body and the integrated operating valve were studied.Research and verification of the reliability of the drilling rig through field tests.
