转载机综合防护系统关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Integrated Protection System of Loader

针对煤矿井下运输顺槽转载机卸料段的安全防护进行研究,开发了可伸缩式全封闭转载机综合防护系统,实现了综采工作面转载机的全封闭式防护,确保了工作人员与运动煤流的完全隔离,有效地避免了因工作人员误入转载机溜槽内而造成的危险。此外该防护系统可与工作面输送机、液压支架协同动作,为综采设备的智能化发展提供了借鉴。

Aiming at the coal mine transport gateway loaders discharging safety protection was studied,the safety protection of the extensible totally closed loaders integrated protection system was developed,realized the loaders totally enclosed protection of fully mechanized working face,to ensure that the staff and the motion of coal flow is completely isolated,effectively avoid the caused by staff go loaders chute.In addition,the protection system can be coordinated with the working face conveyor and hydraulic support,which provide reference for the intelligent development of fully mechanized mining equipment.
