碱性环境下自动钻机零件防锈技术研究

摘要 针对赵楼煤矿卸压孔施工现场水质碱性较强,短时间内造成钻机零部件严重锈蚀的问题,为自动钻机的机械执行机构、液压系统、电控系统制定了针对性的防锈方案。通过对镀铬结合双重密封、碱性镀锌结合三价铬钝化、特殊常温发黑工艺、环氧富锌漆喷涂等方法及具体工艺参数的研究,显著提高了自动钻机多种零部件的防锈性能。研究结果有助于提高碱性环境下自动钻机的使用寿命与运行稳定性。 In view of the alkaline water in the pressure-releasing drilling field of Zhaolou colliery,parts of drilling rigs rust in a short time,specific antirust methods were made to operating mechanisms,hydraulic system and electronic system against that.The antirust performance of many kinds of parts was advanced prominently by researching the methods and the parameters of the combination of chrome plating and double-sealing,the combination of alkaline zinc plating and trivalent chromium passivation,the special technology of blackening at normal temperature and the technology of epoxy zinc rich paint.Results of the research are helpful to the lifetime and working stability of the automatic drilling rig under alkaline circumstance.
