激振器长寿命专用润滑油的研制

Development of Long Life Special Lubricating Oil for Vibration Exciter

研制一种激振器长寿命专用润滑油,通过四球摩擦磨损试验探究2种抗磨剂的最佳加剂量,并探究出2种抗磨剂的最佳复合比例,引入复合抗氧剂和复合防锈剂进行多元复合后,各单剂之间显示出良好的协和效应。同时,油性剂的引入,大大降低了静动摩擦因数差值,使摩擦副在不同速度交替时能确保润滑油膜的强度。结果表明,这种激振器长寿命专用润滑油大幅改善了激振器轴承的润滑效果,延长了激振器润滑油使用周期,节约了设备维护成本。

A kind of long life lubricating oil for vibration exciter was developed.Through four-ball friction and wear test,the optimum dosage of two kinds of antiwear agents was explored,and the optimum composite ratio of two kinds of antiwear agents was also explored.After introducing compound antioxidant and compound antirust agent into the multicomponent compounding,good synergistic effect was shown between each single agent.At the same time,the introduction of oil additives greatly reduces the difference between static and dynamic friction coefficients,so that the strength of lubricating film can be ensured when the friction pairs alternate at different speeds.The results show that the long life special lubricating oil for the vibration exciter greatly improves the lubricating effect of the bearing of the vibration exciter,prolongs the service life of the lubricating oil of the vibration exciter and saves the maintenance cost of the equipment.
