摘要
提出一种PDC钻头多因素综合优化分析方法,运用有限元及计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟方法对PDC钻头的固有特性、应力特性及温度场特性三方面进行多因素综合数值模拟优化分析,基于分析结果,对钻头刀片的焊接位置和角度、刀片的尺寸、保径条的焊接位置、冷却流道的分布与角度以及排渣槽的尺寸进行优化。通过现场试验对比,优化后的PDC钻头的使用寿命较之前提高了约50%,优化效果明显。
A multi-factor comprehensive optimization method for PDC bit was proposed.Finite element and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)digital simulation method was used to carry out multi-factor comprehensive digital simulation optimization analysis on three aspects of PDC bit′s inherent characteristics,stress characteristics and temperature field characteristics.Based on the analysis results,the welding position and angle of the bit blade,the size of the blade,the welding position of the diameter gauge strip,the distribution and angle of the cooling flow passage and the size of the slag discharge groove were optimized.Through the test comparison,the service life of the optimized PDC bit is about 50%longer than before,and the optimization effect is obvious.
