常闭式夹持器液控增压原理设计与仿真分析

摘要 针对煤矿井下坑道钻机常闭式夹持器在现场施工中出现的夹紧力不够问题,介绍了一种液控增压原理,并通过使用AMESim软件对其钻进停止、反转卸扣2种增压工况进行仿真分析,得出设计的液控增压原理与理论分析相符,满足实际工况需求,解决了大角度、深孔钻进时夹持器夹紧力不足的问题,可广泛应用在各种常闭式夹持器液控系统中,提高钻机使用的安全性。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient clamping force of normally closed gripper of underground tunnel drilling rig in field construction,a hydraulic boosting principle was introduced,its two boosting conditions of drilling stop and reverse unloading by using AMESim software were simulated and analyzed.It is concluded that the designed boosting principle is in accordance with the theoretical analysis,meets the actual working condition requirements,and solves the problem of inadequate clamping force of gripper during drilling with large angle and deep hole.It can be widely used in various normally closed gripper hydraulic control systems to improve the safety of drilling rig.
