摘要
以油缸支座和拖板2个典型零件为例进行设计。分析了油缸支座和拖板的受力,并建立了焊接油缸支座和拖板模型。对焊接油缸支座和焊接拖板进行了力学分析,得到了焊接油缸支座和焊接拖板在钻机极限工况下的应力应变图。结果表明该焊接支座和焊接拖板满足设计要求,为后续钻机焊接件改造提供了依据。
Takes two typical parts of cylinder support and dragging plate as examples to design.The stress of cylinder support and pallet was analyzed and the models of welded cylinder support and pallet were established.Based on the mechanical analysis of the welded cylinder support and the welded pallet,the stress and strain diagram of the welded cylinder support and the welded pallet under the limit working condition of the drilling rig was obtained.The results show that the welding support and the welding pallet meet the design requirements,which provide a basis for the subsequent modification of the welding parts of drilling rig.
